30-Day Replacement Policy
- In the event of any physical product sold on H&C Stores being found to have manufacturing defects or damage, the product will be replaced at no extra charges under our 30-day replacement policy. However, the product has to be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Please contact our customer care service within 30 days from the date of delivery to replace the damaged item.
*Replacement is subject to availability of the product at H&C Stores. Only those products sold at H&C Stores are eligible for replacement.
Cancellations
- Product orders which are cancelled before they are shipped are eligible for a full refund.
- If you wish to cancel a product after it is shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our customer care service.
- Once you receive a product it is eligible for replacement only in the event of a manufacturing defect or product damage. Please refer to our 30-day replacement policy for details.
- If the product is found to be damaged owing to misuse. it is not eligible for return or replacement.
- H&C Stores will initiate the process of cancellation and replacement/refund within 1-2 business days of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days. In the event of delays, please contact your bank directly.
- Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment used for the original transaction.
